We Are The Ones Who Choose

What if the world around us isn’t as fixed or final as it appears?
What if our observation, attention, or focus isn’t just noticing reality, but actually shaping it?
This week in Soul Service, we explored the idea that reality is not something happening to us, but something unfolding through us. A living field of infinite possibilities, waiting for our focus to give it form.
And here’s what came through: We are not at the mercy of the world. We are in relationship with it.
Each time we choose what to focus on - what we believe, what we expect, what we hold in our heart - we’re calling a version of reality into being. Not by force, but by frequency. By resonance.
It’s not about ignoring the challenges. It’s about remembering the power we hold, even in the midst of them.
When we focus on beauty, alignment, hope… we begin to live in a world that reflects those things back to us.
When we focus on fear, lack, or limitation… the world seems to close in.
Not because we’re doing anything wrong, but because energy flows where attention goes. And attention, when offered with clarity and emotion, is a creative force.
The invitation is simple: We get to choose what we observe. And by choosing, we shape the experience of our lives.
This isn’t just an abstract idea. It is a truth supported by science and felt deeply in our bones when we remember who we really are: not bystanders, but co-creators.
So this week, let’s ask ourselves:
- What reality are we energizing with our attention?
- What would we love to see more clearly, more fully?
- What are we ready to call into form?
There’s no need to rush or force. Just a gentle recalibration. A remembering.
We are powerful beyond measure. Not because we control the world, but because we dance with it. With love. With focus. With intention.
