Cancellation / Refund Policy:
You may cancel this transaction without penalty by e-mailing info@vanessaemerson.com or calling our office at 480-993-7558 no later than midnight of the third business day from the date of this agreement/purchase.

After that time, you may convert your payment (one-time only) to a non-refundable credit that you may apply towards future program or coaching participation.

Complimentary or discounted enrollment is non-refundable/non-transferable.

NOTE: We reserve the right to postpone scheduled session dates should circumstances arise that make the appointment or event non-viable (ie, acts of God, emergencies, etc.)
