Terms/Conditions:

I understand, acknowledge, and assume the risks and dangers associated with participation in the Expansion 2026 event including situations unknown to or beyond the immediate control of the event organizers. I understand that these risks may be caused in whole or in part by my own actions or inactions, the actions or inactions of others participating in the event, and I hereby expressly assume all such risks and responsibility for any damages, liabilities, losses or expenses which I incur as a result of my participation in the Expansion event.

Cancellation / Refund Policy:

You may cancel this transaction without penalty by e-mailing [email protected] or calling our office at 480-993-7558 no later than midnight of the third business day from the date of this agreement/purchase.

If you are unable to attend, you may choose one of the following options at least 30 days prior to the event:

• You may have someone substitute for your participation in that program.
• Convert your enrollment (one-time only) to a non-refundable credit that you may apply towards an Expansion event for up to one full year from your original event date.
• Conferences/meetings/coaching groups are limited attendance. If you need to cancel or reschedule within 30 days of the event, no refund, credit or substitution will be issued.
• Complimentary or discounted enrollment is valid for the event date listed and is non-refundable/non-transferable.

NOTE:  We reserve the right to postpone should circumstances arise that make the event non-viable.
